In my role as Head of Product UX, I provided an overall strategic role overseeing the inception and direction of the partnermarketing.com suite of products from a customer experience perspective.

I was responsible for understanding the needs of all user groups—including clients, partners, and third parties—and designing intuitive, seamless experiences that enhanced usability across our suite of partnermarketing.com products.

I led the discovery and exploration of practical solutions, through wireframes and prototypes and translated them into detailed, high-fidelity designs. I collaborated with product, development, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Product Manager - partnermarketing.com

In my role as Product Manager, I was responsible for product planning, delivery, and communications throughout the product lifecycle. I developed a vision and roadmap for our products based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, and market research.

I engaged with other parts of the business to provide product support, regular product updates including roadmaps, product metrics and product vision.

As part of this role, I was also responsible for the overall design and user experience of our suite of products.

Product Owner - partnermarketing.com

As Product Owner, I collaborated closely with product management and key stakeholders to define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring the team could effectively deliver solutions that aligned with business priorities while maintaining technical integrity.

I managed a detailed 3-month roadmap and was an integral part of the team participating in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint and release planning. I documented user stories and defined acceptance criteria, working alongside the development team to maintain a consistent velocity, enabling us to deliver features on time and within budget.

Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing the design and user experience of the product, ensuring we were delivering seamless experiences.

User Experience Lead

As User Experience Lead, I was responsible for leading and managing the user experience of partnermarketing.com. Ensuring the product was intuitive, user-friendly, and met the needs and expectations of the target audience. My role covered both the product itself as well as the marketing campaigns the platform contained.

Senior Creative Digital Designer

As a Senior Digital Designer, I was responsible for designing and building a wide range of digital assets, including email templates, web banners, landing pages, and websites. I led projects from concept through to execution, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs that performed seamlessly across all browsers and email clients.

In addition, I provided mentorship and support to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and ensuring consistency in design standards and best practices.
